Added Value names Steve Bale Non-Executive Chairman for Greater China

Steve Bale, Oracle Added ValueAdded Value has announced the appointment of Steve Bale as the new Non-executive chairman for the Greater China region, reporting to Janine Hawkins, Global CEO of Added Value.

In this role, Steve will primarily focus on building consultative relationships with clients and strengthening the reputation of Oracle Added Value in the market.

Announcing the appointment, Hawkins said, “Steve comes highly recommended, and in recruiting him we have been struck by his passion for brands, his energy and enthusiasm, his strategic thinking and his love of Greater China.”

Steve is a seasoned marketing professional and brand strategist who has extensive experience working with companies across a wide range of categories. He has held several leadership positions, including China CEO of Enfatico; Communications Director of Saatchi & Saatchi in Shanghai; and Managing Partner of Ammirati Puris Lintas in London. He joins Oracle Added Value from Bates141 China where he served as brand consultant. Earlier in his career he was the Head of Strategic Planning and Managing Director at Bates China.

Steve has lived and worked in China since 1997 and has advised many of the world’s leading companies on brand development and marketing insights.

The appointment is effective immediately.
